Real-time reward pool balances from the blockchain
V13 includes on-chain verified relay proofs. Nodes must commit message hashes to the blockchain before claiming rewards. The ProofVerifier contract validates that committed count ≥ claimed count — making fake claims impossible.
Combined with 35s commit cooldown, 10K batch limits, global hash uniqueness, and authorized consumer pattern, the reward system is fully hardened against abuse.
